The Builder-REALTOR® Alliance.

What does this mean?? 

1. It does NOT cost you one cent more to build a New Home hiring us as your Represenative REALTOR®.
2. The Builder Does NOT Deduct a Commision from the purchase price if you go directly to them-They Just Pocket the Money and you go through the Entire Process WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.
3. We negotiate for YOUR best intrest,.  We give you advise on the site, lot, options, and resellability of your New Home.
4. We stay with you during the building process and help head off any problems.

5. The Builders WANT pay our fee!

We have access to the "Spec Homes".  These are New Build Homes that are finished or in process of being built that  the builder does not have a buyer for.  They will negotiate to get these homes SOLD!

We stay in contact with all the builders listed below for Finacing Specials, Lot Premium Sales, and new Subdivision Announcements BEFORE they are adverised to the general public.
