C.R. O'Neil and Company has been marketing Real Estate since 1921.  Charles Richard O'Neil was the founder of the company passing the buisiness to second, third, and now fourth generations.  The original Sales Office was located on the Corner of Patterson Ave and N. High St.  In 1970 the Company moved to its present location on the corner of N. High St and Pacemont Rd. becoming the only office on N. High St with pull-in parking.  In 2002 the building was rennovated with a red brick colonial facade with vaulted ceilings.  CENTURY 21 C.R. O'Neil and Company was then recognized by the Ohio House of Represenitives for improving the City of Columbus and Rt 23 with the beautification of the building.
